Shipping and Returns
How are your products made?
We work with a third party print-on-demand service & shipper which means each order is made specifically for you and means we don’t create more waste with unsold inventory - we do not handle the manufacture and fulfillment of orders personally - we design and our 3rd party partners help us make the designs a reality! They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
As a result of this at the current time we have a no return/exchange policy unless you have received an incorrectly packaged or damaged product - see ‘Returns’ below for more.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order first, after which it is then shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and some items may be subject to Covid-related delays but shipping times can be estimated as follows (note fulfillment time is in addition to delivery estimates below):

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. We suggest keeping orders below $100 for each order to avoid issues.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at loverssundaybrand@gmail.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at loverssundaybrand@gmail.com within a two week timeframe of recieving with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order that was not made by your errror, please let us know by contacting us at loverssundaybrand@gmail.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items from what they ordered. If any of these apply, please contact us at loverssundaybrand@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges as every order is made on-demand especially for you (we don’t hold stock). If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts and compare with your own sizing - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. If you know your measurements and are still unsure about sizing feel free to email us.
Lost packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
Please note we are not liable for incorrect addresses in orders - please double check your details. If you have made an error we cannot replace your item and this is a print-on-demand service. How ever we will try our best to help, drop us an email.
